It is often the functional ‘beating heart’ elements of the property such as the plumbing, heating and electrical systems that are overlooked by standard surveys, this can to inconvenient and costly repairs. This 25-page report provides an in-depth assessment of your property – with clear recommendations on any work that needs to be carried out.

What does the report include?

Gas Safety Inspection

– Inspection of up to 3 gas appliances
– Gas boiler, gas cooker or gas fireplace
– 14 point gas safety report

Central Heating Condition Report

– Assessment of Central Heating System (radiators, valves)
– Assessment and testing of Heating Controls (pumps, thermostats, programmer, motorised valves etc..)
– 15 point central heating condition report

Plumbing Condition Report

– Visual and functional checks of all plumbing in the property
– Includes white appliances (dishwasher, washing machine etc..)
– Testing of hot/cold water temperatures, flow rate and condition of taps
– 16 point plumbing condition report

      Payment Terms & Conditions

      Payment is via credit or debit card. A pre-authorisation is required - prior to the inspection being carried out - but payment will not be deducted until the inspeciton / service has been carried out.

      Gas Sasfety Inspections

      The price quoted includes up to 3 gas appliances - when attending the engineer will inspect all present appliances, further appliances over the 3 included will be charged at £10 + VAT

      EICR's

      The price quoted includes up to 10 electrical circuits - further circuits will be charged at £20 + VAT

      PAT Testing

      The price includes up to 10 electrical appliances, additional appliances will be charged at £4+ VAT. The engineer will test all portable appliances present within the property and invoice accordingly, unless we are advised in advance, or during the inspection, which appliances are to be tested (i.e. those owned and provided by the landlord).
